Abstract: Addressing technological infrastructure challenges in vocational schools is crucial for ensuring equitable access to modern education and enhancing technical skills development among students. This study investigates the impact of inadequate technological infrastructure on vocational education and explores strategies to overcome these challenges. Objectives include assessing the current state of technological resources in vocational schools, identifying barriers to technology integration in vocational curricula, and exploring perceptions of technological readiness among educators and students. A survey research design is selected to gather data from 150 participants, including vocational instructors, students, and IT administrators, using purposive sampling to ensure representation from schools facing varying levels of technological constraints. Case studies will focus on vocational institutions in Delta State, chosen for their diverse technological infrastructure landscapes and educational policies. Findings indicate that technological infrastructure gaps hinder students' access to up-to-date learning resources and practical training opportunities. Recommendations emphasize investment in digital infrastructure, professional development for educators in technology integration, and public-private partnerships to bridge technological divides in vocational education.
